Translating a high-touch, bespoke service into a high-conversion digital booking ecosystem.
For almost 20 years, iClean has built a reputation in Manila as the standard for bespoke housekeeping through word-of-mouth and manual operations. However, their lack of a digital footprint created a friction point for a new generation of clients who expect premium service at the tap of a button. I was brought in to lead their digital transformation through modernising their identity and building a scalable booking platform from the ground up.

A New Digital Pathway
By mapping the legacy workflow, I identified that the primary bottleneck wasn't the cleaning itself, but the asynchronous information exchange. My design centralises data collection, allowing the iClean team to move straight from 'Inquiry' to 'Service Confirmation'.

Omnichannel Access: Booking at Your Fingertips
By transitioning from a single-channel phone system to a responsive digital ecosystem, I broadened the brand’s accessibility, thus enabling seamless service intake across mobile, tablet, and desktop to match the fluid, multi-device lifestyle of the modern homeowner.
Rebranding into the Digital Era
iClean's identity had been built on years of earned trust — the challenge wasn't starting from scratch, but knowing what to keep. I refined their visual language to feel polished and contemporary without erasing the warmth and reliability that their long-standing clients already associated with the brand. The result is an identity that speaks to a new generation of homeowners who expect premium digital experiences, while remaining unmistakably iClean.
